Frist Gala

Every year, the Frist Art Museum hosts a fundraising gala themed on one of the exhibitions. My chosen exhibition was “Creating the American West in Art,” which highlights the complex past of the American West. The pieces for this event drew inspiration from old west maps, twine, and leather, creating a palette from a featured piece in the exhibition.
